About this role:
Our Visa Counsellors (international study) are responsible for helping our clients who are going abroad for study; and Visa Counsellors (migration) are responsible for helping our clients who are relocating internationally (migrating). Our counsellor will need to be highly careful in assisting our client during their visa process and documentation. They need to work within timelines and need to be able to communicate with clients via email or telephone.
Qualification requirement:
Preferably passed Bachelor Degree in any discipline. However, diploma holders or students currently studying university may apply.
Responsibilities:
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Counselling clients to assess eligibility and provide them in-depth information as training provided
- Provide thorough details about enrolment and visa process, accurate information to clients as training provided
- Provide basic information over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Make telephonic calls to leads data created from various sources targeting increase in sales
- Follow-up with inquiries. Convert leads in office visits and inquiries in to sales as much as possible
- Actively take part in business promotional activities (this also include participation in promotional videos)
- Work in team environment
- Operate computer systems including client management sheets and software
- Documentation, scanning and filing
- Other professional tasks as required by the business
Skills: (Higher salary can be considered for candidates with high skill-set)
- Familiar with M. S. Office (word, excel, power point)
- Acquaintance with internet and email
- Excellent convincing and communication skill
- At least basic English language command
- Strong relationship building skills
- Soft spoken personality

Work Hours:
10.00am to 07.00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:

Responsibilities:
- Get instructions from visa consultant
- Data entry from client’s documents in systems
- Check and verify clients’ data in office I.T. systems
- Filling assessment / visa forms
- Scan documents as instructed by visa consultant
Qualification and Other Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary scale:
Rs. 13,000 to 15,000 per month + performance incentives + Other bonus(es).
Job timing:
Full-time, flexible timing available between 08.00am to 08.00pm
