When you decide to reach Australia to study in Australia, targeting an internationally recognised qualification from Australian university or other institution, inevitably encompasses a range of strategic and tactical decisions being taken by you to achieve a variety of goals. This visa gives you the permission to study a course as an international student. Generally, student visa is granted to cover whole course or course package (mix of 2 or more courses) up to 5 years. You must be enrolled in an eligible course registered for international students.
You must be at least 6 years of age and if you are younger than 18 years of age, you must arrange welfare arrangements for you. As you need to pay a handsome amount of fees, you must be careful in selecting course and university so that it will help you in shaping your career.
The Australian government allows you to remain in Australia for temporary basis and believes that you will leave the country after completion of your study before your visa expires. On the contrary, there are many pathways available for international students to remain in Australia for longer period. Some visa categories fall in points system and you need to pass through the same.

Determine proper course and university
After analysing your requirements and your previous credentials, our senior consultant will help you in selecting course and university. We need to consider entry requirements for particular course. We also have to conclude the location(s)/campus(es) available and then select the proper course which suits you and your needs.
Enrolment application
Apply enrolment in chosen course
Once we conclude on the university and course, we will apply for admission (enrolment). We will prepare and submit international student enrolment application along with necessary documents to the university for their consideration.
Letter of offer and Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
Receive Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
Upon approval of enrolment application, you will receive offer letter for the selected course. Offer letter contains specific information like start and completion dates of course, duration, campus, fees, conditions (if any), etc.
After payment of tuition fees, the university will issue electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) which is required for visa application.
Apply for your visa and visa grant
Visa process
After receiving eCoE, we will apply your Student Visa. We assist you in preparation of required documents and submit student visa application to immigration department.
After reasonable time period, decision is taken by the immigration department. Once student visa is granted, prepare to fly.
FAQ(s) about study in Australia
Can I get work rights during my student visa or after my student visa?
Yes. Student may have official work rights during his or her student visa. They may also apply work visa after completion of study by satisfying requirements.
Can I change university or course after visa grant?
Yes, in general, student may change university or course. But student has to follow visa conditions imposed on visa.
What kind of documents required for entire process?
An applicant has to show passport, education documents, address and identity documents, photo, availability of finance etc. Applicant may need to include documents of sponsors like income tax returns, source of income etc.
