We fired up our operations as ‘Gold-Australia Migration Consultants’ (GAMC) in January 2007, engaging in Australian Visa application process assistance especially for skilled migration. Later, we added many other categories to our portfolio of services with extensive range of other visas. With blessing from our well-wishers like you, we grew up by leaps and a key stone was laid down of ‘UBP Group’. We emerged as a group of ‘Gold-Australia Migration Consultants’, ‘UBP Overseas’, ‘IgnitePath’ (Australia) and ‘Sun & Moon Enterprises Pty. Ltd’ (Australia).
We assist our clients with a range of visa applications including but not limited to Migration to Australia and Migration to Canada. In addition, we provide thorough consultation and visa assistance to international students to study in Australia and study in Canada. We assist you to get enrolled in a range of Universities, Polytechnics, TAFEs and colleges across many countries. We help you in selecting proper university/institution and course which may benefit your career. While doing so, we do care about your future. We have established in-house coaching facilities for IELTS and PTE-A coaching which may be offered to you free of cost. The coaching is provided with advanced teaching approach with the help of projector. Well, the icing on the cake is that we do not enrol more than 8 students per batch which ensure personal and focused attention from our tutor on you.

Umangkumar Patel is our ‘Principal Migration Consultant’ and the founder of UBP Group businesses. He is a highly qualified professional with two post graduate qualifications in Migration Law from Victoria University:
- GradCert in Australian Immigration Law and Practice (2007)
- GradDip in Migration Law (2021)
To further enhance his skills, he has successfully completed many other professional exams and certified trainings:
- ‘Qualified Education Agent’ Counsellor (QEAC #D143) in 2007
- ‘ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor’ (ITAC #1659) in Nov 2020
- ‘Canada Course for Education Agents’ (Canada Course Graduate – CCG #01347) in Dec 2020.
- ‘British Council Certified Agent / Counsellor’ by British Council, UK (certificate code: 21728) in Dec 2023.
He mainly practices in Australian Migration Law specifically in the areas of Skilled Migration, Student Visa and Family Migration. He is assisting people like you for migration for over 16 years now.
He has assisted a number of international students to get enrolment in Australia and get student visa to fulfil their dream.
Umang has completed ‘Train The Trainer’ (TTT) program from IDP Australia for training the IELTS candidates for appearing in the test.
By promoting our motto, changing lives… through migration, he assures you feel positive and welcome changes in your life after successful settlement in a completely new country. Umang is having a very helping nature to clients to solve their issues with visas. He is heading our team in highly efficient manner. He also trains newly recruited franchises and employees of our Group.
He has written some good tips and eBooks about Skilled Migration and Study Overseas, achieve 7 in each in IELTS and many more.
Keyur Patel
Keyur Patel became the first person who joined Gold-Australia Migration Consultants (the proud founder of the ‘UBP Group’), is obviously the most senior and respected member of our team. He is holding ‘Master in Business Management’ from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, specialising in Marketing and Business Development. Presently, Keyur is working on the capacity of Head – Student Visas and additionally also performing tasks as Business Development Manager. During the span, he has sharpened his skills by attending many webinars/seminars.
Prior to joining UBP Group, Keyur had worked with a number of corporate giants in a variety of industries like ICICI Prudential – a giant insurance player, Tata Telecom and Airtel Enterprise – major telecom players of the time being.
He is looking after the relationship development with international education institutions, student clients and other organisations of the kind. Marketing and Advertisement of our business(es) falls under his portfolio too.

Ms. Mamta Naidu has been a crucial part of our UBP Group. Sneha Prajapati
‘Process & Admin Executive’ is also an important role in our services due to its bulky share of our workload. The position is exceptionally filled by Sneha. She holds a Master in Commerce from Gujarat University.
Being a member of our team for a very long time now, she is assisting our clients in their admin work as well as visa processes. She may not be involved directly with our clients but looks after their work in a highly professional manner.
In addition, she manages activities of our IELTS and PTE-A coaching classes and also arranges information sessions or other events whenever require.
