About this role:
Our Visa Counsellors (counselling and sales) are responsible for helping our clients, who are willing to go abroad for study or relocating internationally (migrating). Our counsellor will need to be highly careful in assisting our client during their visa process and documentation. They need to work within timelines and need to be able to liaison with clients and our Visa Process Executives.
Qualification requirement:
Preferably passed Bachelor Degree in any discipline. However, diploma holders or students currently studying university may be accepted on case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities:
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Counselling clients to assess eligibility and provide them in-depth information as training provided
- Provide thorough details about enrolment and visa process, accurate information to student clients
- Provide thorough details about skilled migration requirements, visa process, and accurate information to migration clients
- Provide basic information over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make telephonic calls to leads data created from various sources targeting increase in sales
- Follow-up with inquiries. Convert leads in sales.
- Actively take part in business promotional activities (this also include participation in promotional videos)
- Work in team environment
- Operate computer systems including client management sheets and software
- Documentation, scanning and filing
- Other professional tasks as required by the business
Skills:
- Familiar with M. S. Office (word, excel, power point)
- Acquaintance with internet and email
- Excellent convincing and communication skill
- Good English language command
- Strong relationship building skills
- Soft spoken personality
Job Location:
Naranpura, Ahmedabad (Guj.)
Work Hours:
10.00am to 07.30pm
Salary: starts from ₹15,000.00 per month

Our Visa Process Executives (VPE) are responsible for helping our clients, who are willing to go abroad for study or relocating internationally (migrating). Our VPE will need to be highly careful in assisting our client during their visa process and documentation. They need to work within timelines and need to be able to liaison with clients and our Visa Counsellors effectively.
Qualification requirement:
Preferably passed Bachelor Degree in any discipline. However, diploma holders or students currently studying university may be accepted on case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities:
- Get instructions from Visa Counsellor
- Data entry from client’s documents in systems
- Check and verify clients’ data in office I.T. systems
- Scan documents, prepare documents received from clients
- Filling application forms, check data entered in the forms
- Finalise application to make it ready to submit
- Explain documents requirements to clients
- Keep calm and patience while explaining things to clients
Other Requirements:
- Good English language command.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary scale:
Salary starts from Rs. 13,000 onwards per month + Other bonus(es).
Job timing:
Full-time, 10.00am to 07.30pm
