You must:
- Be in Australia when you apply.
- Hold a visa which makes you eligible to apply this visa.
- Have lived 2 years and worked fulltime for 1 year in regional area.

- Get clearance in health examination and supply required police clearance.
- And satisfy other criteria as defined by Australian Laws.
