Overview
If you have completed your study comprises of 2 academic years (as registered in CRICOS) in Australia, you can apply this visa to live and work for certain period. This is a temporary visa provides you the chance to live in Australia between 18 months to 4 years (5 years for Hong Kong passport holders). Depending on your circumstances there are 2 streams under this visa.

Summary of criteria
You must:
- Be under 50 years of age
- Hold eligible visa
- Satisfy Australian Study Requirement (2 academic years of registered study load) in the last 6 months
- Have recent qualification as require
- Have adequate health insurance
- Have achieved required score in English proficiency test. (We can help you in achieving the required score through our PTE and IELTS coaching)
- Get clearance in health examination and supply required police clearance
- And satisfy others as per Australian legislations
Benefits
- Study and/or work full-time while living in Australia temporarily between 2 to 4 years depending on level of your study (5 years for Hong Kong passport holders)
- You can include your family members in application. Your family members can join you in Australia later too.
- You can apply permanent residence visa (such as subclass 189, subclass 190) or other temporary residence visa (such as subclass 491) by satisfying criteria.

Graduate Work Stream
Summary of criteria
You must:
- Be under 50 years of age.
- Hold eligible visa.

- Satisfy Australian Study Requirement (2 academic years of registered study load) in the last 6 months.
- Have successful skills assessment for nominated occupation on the skilled occupation list.
- Have adequate health insurance.
- Have achieved required score in English proficiency test. (We can help you in achieving the required score through our PTE and IELTS coaching)
- Get clearance in health examination and supply required police clearance
- And satisfy other requirements as drafted by the Australian Laws
