If you have purchased any e-book, it will be delivered to your email address which you have entered during shopping, within 24 hours. If you do not receive, please contact us (contact@ubpgroup.net) and we will send you again.
Coaching package(s)
Upon buying a coaching plan (package) online, we will endeavour to accommodate you in the next available class, if you are interested in-class coaching. If you are interested in online coaching, we will accommodate you in next intake. At all times, next online intake will no longer be more than 10 days wait period. P.S.: Please remember, once you pay coaching fees, it is non-transferable and non-refundable but if we do not get you in within 10 days, we will refund your fees.
