We fired up our operations as ‘Gold-Australia Migration Consultants’ (GAMC) in January 2007, engaging in Australian Visa application process assistance especially for skilled migration. Later, we added many other categories to our portfolio of services with extensive range of other visas. With blessing from our well-wishers like you, we grew up by leaps and a key stone was laid down of ‘UBP Group’. We assist our clients with a range of visa applications including but not limited to Migration to Australia and Migration to Canada. We have established in-house coaching facilities for IELTS and PTE-A coaching which may be offered to you free of cost. Umangkumar Patel
Umangkumar Patel is the founder of UBP Group businesses. He holds two post graduate qualifications from Victoria University:
- GradCert in Australian Immigration Law and Practice (2007)
- GradDip in Migration Law (2021)
He mainly practices in Australian Migration Law specifically in the areas of Skilled Migration and Family Migration (Parent / Partner / Child). He is assisting people like you for migration for many years now.
He has completed the professional training as ‘Qualified Education Agent’ Counsellor (QEAC #D143) in 2007. To further enhance his skills, he accomplished professional requirements to be ‘ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor’ (ITAC #1659) in Nov 2020. He has also satisfied the requirements of Canada Course for Education Agents (Canada Course Graduate – CCG #01347) in Dec 2020. Umang has completed ‘Train The Trainer’ (TTT) program from IDP Australia for training the IELTS candidates for appearing in the test.
He has assisted a number of international students to get enrolment in Australia and get student visa to fulfil their dream.
By promoting our motto, changing lives… through migration, he assures you feel positive and welcome changes in your life after successful settlement in a completely new country. He is having a very helping nature to clients to solve their issues with visas. He is also the principal trainer for newly recruited franchisees and employees of our Group.

Keyur Patel
Keyur Patel became the first person who joined Gold-Australia Migration Consultants – the proud founder of the ‘UBP Group’, is obviously the most senior and respected member of our team. He is holding ‘Master in Business Management’ from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, specialising in Marketing and Business Development. Presently, Keyur is working on the capacity of Business Development Manager. During the span, he has sharpened his managerial skills by attending many webinars/seminars.
Prior to joining UBP Group, Keyur had worked with a number of corporate giants in a variety of industries like ICICI Prudential – a giant insurance player, Tata Telecom and Airtel Enterprise – major telecom players of the time being.
He is looking after business development including relationship development with international education institutions and other organisations of that kind. Marketing and Advertisement of our business(es) falls under his portfolio.

Aayushi Patel
Aayushi Patel is a law graduate who has successfully completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Victoria University, Australia in July 2022. Her excellent academic performance at university is a reflection of her legal understanding, writing, advocacy and communication skills. Aayushi is currently in the final stage of process in becoming an Australian solicitor. Her commendable role as President of Dictum Society during her final year of LLB, has proved her leadership qualities and attributes. She has a strong interest and passion for migration law. She provides her legal perspective in complex cases and helps the team in their work.
Aayushi is having a very co-operative and polite nature while dealing with people to solve their issues. She is a soft-spoken person having very helpful and extrovert nature.
Hetal Patel
‘Admin Executive’ is also an important role in our services due to its bulky share of our workload. The position is exceptionally filled by Hetal Patel. She holds a Master in Commerce from Gujarat University.
Being a member of our team for more than 3 years now, she is assisting our clients in their skilled migration visa (Canada) and looks after visitor visa applications and documentation. She may not be involved directly with our clients but looks after their work in a highly professional manner.
In addition, she manages activities of our IELTS and PTE-A coaching classes and also arranges information sessions or other events whenever require.
Some may think an aggressive approach may be harmful but we have noticed in Hetal’s case that her aggressive approach has helped our clients by a large leap.

Upasna Chauhan
Upasna Chauhan is a vital member of our team. She works with our student visa clients as a ‘Student Visa Consultant’. She holds Master degree in English Literature from Gujarat University. She has successfully completed the professional training as ‘Qualified Education Agent’ Counsellor (QEAC #T308). She is supporting our clients in selecting course and university, securing enrolment in university, documentation and student visa application procedure.
She keeps track of the student visa application process and playing unmatched, unparalleled role in assisting our student visa clients even after their visa grant. She is highly professional and soft-spoken individual who is always willing to help our clients and other team members. Some may think an aggressive approach may be harmful but we have noticed in Upasna’s case that her aggressive approach has helped our clients by a large leap.
She has done exceptionally well during her training under the supervision of our Principal Migration Consultant.

Shefali Patel
Shefali Patel plays an important role in our team. Being a ‘Canada Migration Head’, she works with our skilled migration (Canada) clients. She holds Master in Business Administration from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University. She is guiding our clients for skilled migration process, documentation and truly assisting them for changing lives…… through migration. She also train the staff and supervise the work completed by them. As well as She supervise the progress of files and solve queries among the staff and clients (if require).
She is the most senior experienced person for Canada Migration process. As it is very important to upgrade knowledge for Migration Consultants about changing in migration processes, she regularly stay updated with all new openings, draws, portals and provisional as well as the central immigration news updates.
Shefali is having a very co-operative and polite nature while dealing with clients to solve their issues as well as she works with the team and encourage staff members. She is a soft-spoken person having very helpful nature.
