Refund Policy
Our consultation charges / fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances. Due to nature of our business (mainly consultation), we have implemented non-refundable policy.
Certain products (such as electronically transmissible or downloadable pdf files e.g. E-book) are being sold on this website. Once payment process is completed successfully, the file will be delivered through an automated process. Hence, this charge / fee also be non-refundable.
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, refunds for services provided by a third-party service provider, including, without limitation, an independent professional services provider, are subject exclusively to the agreement between you and such third party.
Considering all these, please double check before making payment by using payment gateway available on this website because all payments received by us are non-refundable.
If you request for refund, it will be considered on case-by-case basis. It is our sole discretion whether to approve your request or not, and if we approve it as our courtesy, we may choose to offer a credit (GAMC credit) to you for purchase of one or more of our products/services. GAMC Credit will be expired after the date given to you as an expiry date or at the end of one (1) year from the date of issue, whichever is earlier. GAMC Credit does not have any underlying value and it cannot be exchanged for cash. GAMC Credit, upon our consent, may be used by family members or friend, but cannot be sold publicly. All refund requests will be processed within five (5) working days. If we don’t inform you anything by that period about refund request, you must consider that your request is refused and no refund will be credited to you.
From time to time, we may promote a special offer on our website or via email or any other avenue of our choice (“Special Offer”). If there is any conflict between the Terms of Refund Policy and any such Special Offer; the terms, conditions and refund policies of Special Offer shall apply.
In any dispute or conflict, our decision will be full and final.
